Our home owner services are tailored to your specific pest management needs whether you are looking for a one time service or year round protection.

Our annual homeowner service is a comprehensive program that is designed to rid your home of general pests, such as ants, spiders, hornets and mice for the whole year.  It includes three proactive services in the spring, summer and fall.  Any additional issues you may have during the year are included.

Interior treatments target specific pests and the areas where they live, including attics and unfinished basements. Treatments to the living space of the home is limited and in most cases totally eliminated.  All treatments target pests specific to the season, resulting in the overall protection of your home.

All services are provided by trained state licensed technicians using EPA and State approved materials and methods. We practice IPM (Integrated Pest Management) tactics that prevent, exclude and suppress pest infestations. IPM utilizes biological, mechanical and chemical control as well as informative sanitation practices.
