Thank you for your great work ridding our house in the Lincoln woods of mice.

We had been infested with mice and their droppings in our basement and they had started to migrate upstairs.

The exterminator made one visit and found several possible entry points. He sealed their entries and placed treatment traps in appropriate places, as well as vacuuming up all the droppings. A few weeks later he came back to remove any dead mice and retreated the area. Whenever he was in the house he wore shoe coverings to not track in dirt from outside.

The next time he came there were no more mice and no further droppings.

He also treated the neighbor's adjoining unit. They had had similar issues and might have been the source for our mice.

All in all it was a very comprehensive service professionally done.

They did clear up the problem and I am pleased. They were recommended to me and I am just glad that it worked out for me. This is a hard problem to get rid of and they did it well. Nice thing about them is that they do not want to up sell or over sell you anything you don’t need.

I was quoted for an annual contract and it includes 3 scheduled visits a year but also covers any emergency calls. I think this is a reasonable price for what I get. They are very thorough. This is a top notch operation. I highly recommend them.

This company did for me two treatment for bed bugs. After the second treatment I am not having bedbugs in my apartment already for 19 days. Very pleased with the service and their professionalism. Additionally, I would like to say that everything happened as they explained.
